NEWARK, Delaware (WPVI) -- When 19-year-old Owen Mathias isn't going to class at University of Delaware, he's in the gym making a difference for young adults with disabilities.
His Adaptive Fitness Training program is showcasing how to bring more inclusivity to gym spaces.
"The overall goal of this program is to love and serve individuals with disabilities so they can feel more confident, independent and...to show that they are allowed to be here ...that I want them here and that I want them to learn how to move and learn how to be healthy," said Mathias.
